How we work with you

Our creativity and innovation advisory practice supports organizations in a three-step process:

First, our advisory team measures the individual creativity of your staff and your organizational innovation culture in one go, using our IMAGINO® assessment, our proprietary, scientifically valid, digital tool. The IMAGINO® assessment is based on a cutting-edge research work around creativity and innovation from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and organizational theories, layered on to our extensive work in applied industrial psychology in the corporate and academic worlds.
 
Second, based on the results of this assessment we move on to engaging with your staff in one-on-one coaching sessions to close all identified gaps from their individual creativity.

Third, based on identified group gaps, we create and deliver a bespoke training session to develop and enhance group creativity and organizational innovation culture.

How the assessment works?

Employees receive a link to the IMAGINO® assessment tool via email, which will take them about twenty minutes to complete. The IMAGINO® algorithm calculates the results, which are then confidentially delivered to clients via email. The analysis benchmarks individual results against the golden standard (top 10% results) and against our database averages for 9 individual and 6 organizational drivers of individual creativity and corporate innovation within an organization. These results are presented as a one-page document. Participants will also receive detailed descriptor of the results, which includes behavior descriptions for each driver of individual creativity and organizational innovation climate of the assessment. The analysis will identify any individual creativity and/or organizational innovation gaps, which can then be addressed in a variety of ways including one-on-one coaching, webinars, and/or group training sessions. The tool also discovers who are the creativity champions within the organization. Such creative employees need to be actively involved in creativity and innovation projects within the corporation.
