In today’s fast-changing and unpredictable world, creativity is a vital skill for individuals and organizations alike. As businesses face constant geopolitical, macroeconomic, and technological volatility and uncertainty, advanced creative thinking becomes essential for solving complex business problems and is a key to driving innovation. Far from being a luxury, creativity is a strategic necessity for long-term success and growth. That is why fostering creativity within teams and workplaces should be a core priority. No business can have enough of it — and yes, creativity can be trained and developed and innovation can also be brought to a high level.

This is why we developed IMAGINO® concept, which is based on three pillars.

First, based on key available research on human creativity and corporate innovation, we developed (A. Pacek, G. Lang, and S. Haas collaboration), a globally unique assessment/diagnostic tool. The tool is a proprietary, scientifically valid measurement of individual creativity and organizational innovation climate strengths and gaps (validity and reliability were tested and confirmed by PsychAccess in Vienna).
Second, once individual creativity gaps are identified, they are closed via in-house, specifically developed IMAGINO® program of coaching sessions (designed by Antonija Pacek). The final aim of coaching sessions is unlocking full potential of individual creativity, ingenuity, and out of box thinking.
Third, the assessment also identifies gaps in the organizational innovation climate of teams and departments, which are then closed through IMAGINO® in-house developed workshop sessions (designed by Antonija Pacek).

The final goal of the IMAGINO® three-pillar concept is to help organizations sustainably grow, have resilience in today’s geopolitical/economic turmoil, and outperform their competitors.
